Does Traine Require you to have a Wedding Planner

               We do not require you to have a planner but it is highly recommended, our sales team will draw a floor plan for your event as well as gather basic timeline needs. But on the day of the event your venue manager is in charge of the heating/AC, oversee vendor check in and load out, restroom maintenance and manage the bar.

What decorations can I have

                We do allow you to have candles as long as they are in a vessel, free standing and on the table tops.  We DO NOT allow you to hang items from the ceiling or attach them to the walls. Installations such as additional lighting, florals or fabric must come through a licensed professional.

Do I have to work with an approved caterer on your list?

                Yes Traine works with an exclusive list of approved caterers, all of our caterers are licensed and insured to provide food in our venue. For ethnic foods or specific dietary restrictions please consult with our sales manager for suggestions.

Are Sparklers and Confetti allowed at Traine?

                Yes you may have Sparklers outside, in addition to glow sticks, bubbles, flower petals. However we DO NOT allow confetti inside nor outside of the venue.

Can I bring in my own Alcohol or nonalcoholic beverages to Traine?

                Traine is an ABC licensed facility and carries its own permits, all outside liquor is prohibited at our facility. Our bartenders do have the right to cut off anyone that is intoxicated at the event. We also have nonalcoholic beverages for purchase, however iced tea and coffee will be provided by the caterer.

What is parking like at Traine?

                We do provide complimentary valet parking (two attendants for up to 6 hours). If your group size requires additional valet they will be added on as an additional cost. The valets are $25 per valet per hour. Your sales manager will arrange for this service.

Does Traine offer Ceremonies and Receptions?

                We do offer both ceremonies and receptions for no additional cost as long as you keep it within the 5 hours of event time. If you would like to add an additional event hour the price is $550 per hour. The ceremony and reception is in one room and we do need to do a room flip. This will be explained during a venue tour.

Does Traine have a Bridal Suite?

                We are excited to announce that we will be opening a bridal suite in Summer of 2019!! Details to come soon.
