Since it’s conception in June 2016, Traine  has become an elegant location hosting countless events, including pop up shops and weddings, networking nights and fitness classes, and even poetry readings and business trainings. The natural beauty of the space makes it a perfect and unique spot for anything you can dream up!

Beth Earley

Sales Manager

Beth has a passion for hospitality and service, which she realized from her first experience as the Event Coordinator for the Vining’s Inn in Atlanta Georgia. She was attending the Clayton College of Natural Health, studying to be a Naturopath when she started planning in house events. Her interests changed, she took a certified wedding planning course from the local Bridal Association to expand her career. From there she worked in several high volume restaurants and catering companies in South Florida, Charlotte and finally landing in Raleigh.

Beth is a natural in the event industry. Her warm and enthusiastic personality, along with flawless precision and attention to detail, has helped contribute to her success and client satisfaction. Her vision and passion for the mission that perfection is truly in the details have set a high mark in Traine’s commitment to excellence.

Beth is on the board of ILEA – International Live Events Association, Raleigh Durham Chapter. She first started as director at large in 2017, then took over the VP of Programs and Education 2018/2019 she will serve as the chapter president in 2019/2020 term. Beth also works on the Triangle Wine Experience that benefits Franky Lemon School since 2015. In her spare time you can find Beth hanging out with friends and family. She enjoys music, good food, yoga and taking her dogs to the park. Beth is also the proud mother of an ECU Pirate!!

Abby Broughton

Social Media and Marketing Manager

Abby has been behind the scenes orchestrating beautiful events for over 7 years. She’s done it all–from planning, to catering and venues, rentals, florals, photography, and even working in a stationery store selling invitations. Abby knows pretty much every aspect of the events industry.

Even during her years at North Carolina State University, Abby was on numerous committees and was the Events Director for her sorority Kappa Alpha Theta. It’s no surprise that Abby ended up in the wedding industry!

Since graduating from NCSU, Abby now resides in Charleston, SC with her boyfriend, and two fur babies – Phoebe and Joey (yes, she loves the show Friends)! Abby handles all things social media for Traine. She oversees the venue’s Instagram, Facebook, Wedding Wire, and Bustld accounts. In addition, she works hard to curate, design, and execute all bridal shows, open houses, and styled shoots that the venue participates in!
